The South African Heritage Resources Agency (SAHRA) requests interested and suitable parties to submit applications to lease the property referred to as Portion 530 (Portion 2) of Farm Dunbar Estate, No. 1478, in Richmond, KwaZulu-Natal.

Potential concepts for the Blarney Cottage property may include hospitality / tourism related facilities, agricultural school/college, skills development facility, farming and/or any other development that may be deemed feasible and compatible with the heritage significance of the property and its surrounds.

The South African Heritage Resources Agency may amend or replace ay information contained in this document at any time, without giving any prior notice or providing any reason

Applications must be submitted in a sealed envelope and placed in the Tender Box situated in the foyer of the SAHRA Head Office at 111 Harrington Street, Cape Town before end of business day on or before 14 December 2018 at 11:00 or alternatively the full application may be emailed to SAHRA at propertiesprojects@sahra.org.za
