LIFTING OF TEMPORARY SUSPENSION OF PROCESSING OF SECTION 32(19)
PERMITTING APPLICATIONS FOR HERITAGE FIREARMS.
The suspension of processing of permit applications for the exportation of firearms of heritage value in accordance with section 32 of the NHRA by the South African Heritage Resources Agency (SAHRA) has been lifted. The decision to lift the suspension was made by SAHRA Council on 30 July 2021.
