REQUEST FOR MULTIDISCIPLINARY CONSULTING COMPANIESIN THE BUILT ENVIRONMENT TO SUBMIT QUOTATIONSFOR 

THE DESIGN AND EXECUTION OF THE ROGGELAND MANOR HOUSE, IN PAARL AND THE WELCOME COTTAGE PHASE II IN SIMONSTOWN IN THE WESTERN CAPE.

Notice is hereby given that quotations are invited from suitably qualified and experienced multidisciplinary consulting companies in the built environment to submit quotations for the design and execution of the Roggeland Manor House in Paarl and the Welcome Cottage Phase II in Simonstown in the Western Cape.

The completed original quotation documents must be clearly state the Quotation number and the name of service provider.

The closing time for receipt of quotations is 11:00am on , 07 April 2026

SAHRA reserves the right to withdraw any proposal, invitation and/or to re-advertise or to reject any proposals. SAHRA reserves the right to accept any quotation in full or a part.
