TENDER NOTICES

PROVISION OF HOSTED BRANCH EXCHANGE(PBX), VOICE OVER INTERNET PROTOCOL(VOIP) AND INTERNET CONNECTIVITY TO THE SAHRA OFFICES

Notice is hereby given that bids are invited from suitably qualified and experienced service providers for the Provision of Hosted Private Branch Exchange (PBX), Voice Over Internet Protocol (VOIP) and Internet Connectivity to the SAHRA Offices for a period of twenty (24) months.

The completed original bid documents must be placed in a sealed envelope – clearly stating the reference number and the name of service provider.

The sealed quotation must be deposited into the Tender Box situated at the reception area on the ground floor of the South African Heritage Resources Agency, 111 Harrington Street, Cape Town 8001. 

The closing time for receipt of quotations is 11:00 on, 20 August 2024

SAHRA reserves the right to withdraw any proposal, invitation and/or to re-advertise or to reject any proposals. SAHRA reserves the right to accept any quotation in full or a part.
