LEASING OF OFFICE ACCOMODATION FOR A PERIOD OF FIVE YEARS IN THE CENTRAL BUSINESS DISTRICT OF PRETORIA OF PRETORIA, IN GAUTENG PROVINCE

Notice is hereby given that quotations are invited from suitably qualified and experienced  service providers for the leasing of office accommodation in the central business district of Pretoria, in the Gauteng Province for a period of five (5) years.

The completed original quotation documents must be placed in a sealed envelope – clearly stating the Quotation number and the name of service provider.

The sealed quotation must be deposited into the Tender Box situated at the reception area on the ground floor of the South African Heritage Resources Agency, 111 Harrington Street, Cape Town 8001.

Bids can also be dropped off at our Pretoria Office: SAHRA, Office 101, 1st floor, Sancardia Mall, 541 Madiba Street, Pretoria, 0001, Gauteng Province.

The closing time for receipt of quotations is 11:00 on , 10 February 2023

SAHRA reserves the right to withdraw any proposal, invitation and/or to re-advertise or to reject any proposals. SAHRA reserves the right to accept any quotation in full or a part.
