Leasing of Office Space for a

PERIOD OF THIRTY SIX MONTHS

The purpose of this process is to invite and find a suitably qualified service provider to submit a proposal for the provision of leased office space (minimum (insert 350 m² ) to maximum (400m²) rental space) and parking facilities for the South African Heritage Resources Agency (SAHRA) for a period of thirty six months. The lease should commence 01 May 2018 with prior beneficial occupation options made available in order for the SAHRA to renovate the space. 17 .
