MOVING AND STORING OF SENSITIVE ARTEFACTS, ARTWORK, HISTORICAL ARCHIVES, BOOKS AND OTHER MOVABLE ASSETS

Notice is hereby given that bids are invited for the moving and storage of sensitive artefacts, artwork, historical archives, books and other movable assets.

The completed original bid documents must be placed in a sealed envelope – clearly stating the bid number and the name of service provider.

The sealed quotation must be deposited into the Tender Box situated at the reception area on the ground floor of the South African Heritage Resources Agency, 111 Harrington Street, Cape Town 8001.

Compulsory Briefing Session and Site Inspection on 03 April 2024 at 11:00 in SAHRA Head Office 111 Harrington Street, Cape Town 

The closing time for receipt of quotations is 11:00 on , 12 April 2024

SAHRA reserves the right to withdraw any proposal, invitation and/or to re-advertise or to reject any proposals. SAHRA reserves the right to accept any quotation in full or a part.
