REQUEST FOR QUOTATION FOR

REPAIRS OF THE GRAVESITE OF DR JAMES MOROKA IN THABA NCHU, FREE STATE PROVINCE

Notice is hereby given that quotations are invited from suitably qualified and experienced  service providers for the repairs of the Gravesite of Dr James Moroka in Thaba Nchu, Free State Province.

The completed original quotation documents must be placed in a sealed envelope – clearly stating the Quotation number and the name of service provider.

The sealed quotation must be deposited into the Tender Box situated at the reception area on the ground floor of the South African Heritage Resources Agency, 111 Harrington Street, Cape Town 8001.

Quotations can also be emailed to tenderinfo@sahra.org.za 

A compulsory clarification meeting for all bidders will be held on 11 September 2025 @11:00am, at the Moroka Family Cemetery, Moroka Farm, Thaba Nchu, Free State Province. 

The closing time for receipt of quotations is 11:00 on , 18 September 2025

SAHRA reserves the right to withdraw any proposal, invitation and/or to re-advertise or to reject any proposals. SAHRA reserves the right to accept any quotation in full or a part.
